A Player is Stuck on a Loading Screen?
I would recomment to go to the website and teleport your character, sadly this costs 10 Vote points, anyhow if you don't have the 10 vote points other way is closing your WoW and trying to log back in.
A New Player Has Joined And Is Confused On How To Do Anything?
Well if they open a ticket asking for help then sure i will guide them.
A Twink Has +40k HP But Is Buffed To That HP?
Tell them to remove the buffs.

A Player Has Still Not Received Their Donation Items After Just Donating?
Tell them to be patient and wait a little while for their items if nothing yet contact an admin and see what's up
A Player Is Doing Something That Is Not Against The Rules, But Is Creating Issues For Other Players?
Ask the player nicely to stop doing it.
A New Player Is Stuck Dead But Being Told She Is Alive?
Revive the player

1) A Player is closely named or is claiming to be a hacker. This person is saying they are going to ban everyone and delete the server. Explain your first reaction, what you would do, and what would you do after the situation.
I will observe first and if it gets out of hand i will take action as soon as posible.

2) A Player Is dealing with the Retrieving Item Information Bug. What do you say to that player to fix this issue.
Tell them Log out, Delete your cache, Hit the launcher, Reload the Patch, Exit Launcher, Open the launcher, Hit Play, Exit WoW, Hit launcher, Hit Play again and that Should do it ^.^
